Felt fantastic today. Glad I took the night off yesterday. Reached 329 with 45 seconds remaining in the ride. Pushups going well, too. Could easily do more, but will stick with adding one per set per week. Will stay at level 9 next week. Going to Matsu on Thursday night, and won't get back until Sunday evening.

May try level 10 the following week...
