I did 2X15 pushups after the ride, both wide grip.

I continue to make excellent progress every day. As nice as it will be to get out of dodge for a while, I'm starting to regret that once again I will have to interrupt the program when it is going so well. It will be December before I can truly establish consistency. For now though, I will enjoy the moment.
