blasted through it today.  Felt very strong.  Was it the beer?  Maybe I need to go out more often.  It just as likely was the 9 1/2 hours of sleep I got last night.  Will increase to level 10 for sure now next Monday.

You're doing regular cardio! I'll be that will help for sure.
I think so, too. Just started Week 7, and I'm about to increase a level. In a couple of weeks, I may add five minutes to my rides.
